Chanel

In the fashion industry there are many logos that can be recognised purely by the imagery used in their brand identity.

Despite often being fairly minimal or simple, the imagery has become iconic for the brands it represents.

The Chanel logo features two interlocking "C" to represent founder Coco Chanel, who designed the imagery herself. It has become one of the most iconic logos of all time and has remained unchanged since 1925. The use of black signifies elegance and wealth, a theme which is echoed throughout the entire brand.
